This company has definitely changed my mindset. Not only can you become a Beauty Advisor with
the company but you can also start your own Unfranchise Business with them. The options are endless.

Most importantly in this day and age, it seems like a lot of people spend and spend money when there is not enough money being earned. With this company you can earn every time you spend. Now I don't know about yall but saving a buck is everything when you have kids. you see that lipstick and wonder will this hurt LOL. Don't act like yall don't hear me on this LOL

It was that moment that motives sent me a box of goodies that my mind was made up. Of course
I did my research as well. I couldn't be more happier to have become a motives unfranchise business owner.

Now let's be real Am I Rich? No.

Is this company like Avon and Mary Kay? No

The benefits in my eyes is easy. Unlike those that repost mac pictures and don't receive a dime or a discount for doing so..... You can with this company. Joining this company is a life changer for me.

Hello Beauties :-)

I wanted to show you ladies what was used in this look I created recently. I wanted to create a nice neutral look with a strong liner and a bold lip.
I mean you can't really go wrong with this combo for fall right? LOL. A neutral eye with bold lip is something I tend to create a lot :-) If some of you
ever heard of a site called Born Pretty Store then i'm sure you would love what i'm about to say. If you haven't then please keep reading and you may find
this review pretty awesome.

Details On The Palette

This Palette is from a site called Born Pretty Store
It is a 15 Color Matte Eye Shadow Concealer Brow Powder makeup palette

Pros & Cons

To be honest this palette is the BOMB. Yes it is. I was hesitant a bit because I thought the shadows
would be less pigmented. That's not the case as you can see in my photos. I use 3 colors on my entire eye.
The colors blended effortlessly and I was very impressed.

The only con I have is the box. As you can see on the front it has multi colors shown and not the neutral colors
from the actual palette

Where To Purchase

The palette is sold for $14.99. The site offers free shipping and of course a lovely coupon code for 10% off XXH10

The pigmentation with these colors are outstanding. They are very easy to blend as well. As shown above you can see the many looks I have created with
this palette whether you want a bold look or a subtle day time look. Everything a girl could ask for

You have seen the many pictures where a makeup artist or person changes a photo to wear they almost look like a cartoon character right? It's a growing epidemic I tell ya.
I was known at the beginning to alter my photos as well. I was not exempt from this. However as it grew it became so terrible looking that I said you know what, I can't do this. It is borderline deception. I ran a few test on some of the apps. I wanted to take the time and see what certain levels of filtering looked like. The picture above was used with an app called CYMERA (Android Users) There is a beauty tab and under the option softening.

****Picture Breakdown****

Left - Is my photo in it's natural state. From the snap of the photo straight to the web
Middle - Cymera App, Softening option, Level 50%
Right - Cymera App, softening option, Level 100%

Look closely as my features changed...my nose is almost non existent in the last photo. Don't get me wrong, some folks just want a nice clean image and so do I.
I've learned that not only perfecting your craft is step one but if you choose to use a filter of any means keep the filter level under 20 if possible. You can still
see a persons true work under that number (To Me) Just be mindful that people are watching and if you want those big gigs, filtering to the gawds wont cut it. Stay Beautiful :-)

Look Using the Awesome SmashBox Full Exposure Palette. I won this palette in a Hastag #shapematters contest a few months ago. I had been curious about this palette since the moment I saw it. I am so glad I was able to finally get one. I am known to be in love with neutral shadow colors. The fact that is has both shimmer in matte it was made me truly want to get my hands on it. The colors are smooth and pigmented in my honest opinion. Applying the shimmer colors with a damp brush gives the shimmers such a nice payoff on the eye. This palette is available for purchase for $49.99. Tell me what you guys think?

I was blessed and given the opportunity to try out some amazing products from Motives Cosmetics. I'm sure you have seen all the pictures and videos of their products all over social media recently. I have used most of these products and have posted quite a few pictures on my social media platforms using their products. I AM IN LOVE. I still get people asking me how are the products, and I want to be able to give you my honest opinion on what I received. It was honestly like christmas when I received these items. I was very excited. So I will give you the list and state how I like that product. ******* 3 N 1 Contour Kit *********I literally use this everyday. The only con with that liner is that it can start to crack. However I apply a second coat and I'm good to go *********** Glitter Pots Jewel Pink Magic Dust Diamond Vivid Blue Pot of gold Plum fairy Lagoon Blue Karma Moon dust Mineral shadow If you dare she sparkles mesmerize Cha ching rust and marshmallow**************** the glitter pots and shadows are The Business. easy to blend, apply, and the glitters are eye safe ********Mineral Lip (Medium Payoff) Brilliant, Unstoppable, Petal pink Rosewood, Rose berry Lipsticks by Loren Angelika, bare skin, pin up, risky, citrus, penny, sassy, girl talk, park avenue, wisteria, bubble gum, Jezebel, autumn, tangerine, knock out, soft nude, Cleopatra, mimosa, orange coral, bare foot, after hours, nude beach, satin, cashmere, pink Bellini, pink berry, use me Mineral lip shine (sheer buildable) Rose, toasty delight, adore me, scandal, kiss me, passion, celeb, Soho pink Illuminating lip shine (sheer) Miami heat, sangria, fashion week Wild honey****************** The Lip products are a WIN for me. I keep a color in my purse at all times. Especially the lip glosses with the mirror and light on them..omg.....the cutest. *****10 years younger finishing spray****** is also a Win for me. Keeps my makeup in place and skin hydrated throughout the day. I also received ****wipes**** with my package but of course those are gone... the only con about those is to me they feel a little rough on the skin and if you get that wipe on your lip and you lick your lips.....its a bitter taste lol. Overall it gets the job done. This concludes my Motives Cosmetics Experience. Follow My Instagram for looks using the products. Thanks Tammy
